About this site
After years in the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) field, I’ve stood face-to-face with moments/incidents that shattered assumptions, blurred reality, and left lasting marks on my soul. Some experiences refuse to fade. They linger—heavy, unresolved, and demanding to be acknowledged.
These stories are my reckoning with those moments. Writing them down is not about forgetting; it’s about survival. What I once dismissed as journaling has become a necessary act of release—a way to drain the emotional residue while preserving the memories that matter. Because memories carry lessons, and lessons, when faced honestly, can forge change agents instead of casualties of complacency.
The events shared here are real. The names have been altered or withheld—not only to protect the innocent, but also those who were anything but.
